How do I book, cancel or reschedule?
Carpet and upholstery cleaning is by appointment. Please give 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, as late cancellations may be charged a $50 fee. Payment is due when the work is completed, and we accept cash, debit, Visa and Mastercard.
How should I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
Please clear small items, breakables and clutter from the areas being cleaned so we have clear access to the work area, and let us know about any pets in the home.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Professional cleaning removes or greatly reduces most pet stains and odours. Some older or set-in stains may not come out completely, and we'll let you know honestly what to expect before we start.
How long does it take for carpet and upholstery to dry?
Drying time depends on the fabric, carpet thickness, humidity and airflow, but most items are dry within several hours. Opening windows or running fans helps speed up drying.
